Privacy Policy

This policy describes how we handle personal information. CCPA/CPRA applies only to businesses that meet California’s size or data-sale thresholds. We publish this notice so California and other visitors know what we collect and how to reach us.

1. Who we are

Viddaurri Design and Consulting LLC (“VDC,” “we,” “us”) is an Oklahoma limited liability company. We provide design, NC programming, and machining-related consulting.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect information you give us and limited technical data from the site:

  • Identifiers: name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address if you send it
  • Professional information: job title, project or part numbers, files you send for a quote or job
  • Commercial information: inquiries, quotes, invoices, contract files
  • Internet / device data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar logs if the host records them

We do not collect Social Security numbers, driver’s license numbers, or payment-card numbers through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.

3. Sources

  • You, when you email, call, or use a contact form
  • Files and drawings you send for programming or design work
  • Our website host and email provider (Microsoft 365)

4. Why we use it (business purposes)

  • Answer inquiries and provide quotes
  • Perform contracted design and NC programming work
  • Invoice, keep job records, and communicate about a project
  • Operate and secure the website
  • Meet legal, tax, and contract obligations

5. Sale and sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a separate CCPA “limit the use” right.

We may disclose information to service providers who only use it to work for us (email/hosting, accounting, legal). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the company in a legal dispute.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry and job records as long as needed for the project, warranties, taxes, and ordinary business records, then delete or archive them when they are no longer needed.

7. California privacy rights

If CCPA/CPRA applies to a request, a California resident may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we collect, use, or disclose their personal information
  • Access the categories and specific pieces we have
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (active contract, tax, security)
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share, so there is nothing to opt out of
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To make a request, email or call the contact above. We will verify the request (typically by matching email or phone to our records). You may use an authorized agent; we will still need to verify you. We will respond within 45 days, or notify you if we need more time (up to 90 days).

8. Security

We use administrative and technical measures (password-protected email and encrypted files). No internet transmission is completely secure.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do.
