This notice applies to this website and to public materials posted by Viddaurri Design and Consulting LLC. It is not a substitute for a signed contract on a specific job.

1. Company

This site is operated by Viddaurri Design and Consulting LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.

Oklahoma Secretary of State is the filing office for the LLC. We are not VAT-registered. We are not a licensed professional engineering firm unless a separate PE engagement says so.

2. No professional-engineering or certified-inspection offer

Content on this site (process notes, speeds and feeds, feasibility comments, sample tool lists, photos, and checklists) is general information about our consulting and NC programming work. It is not a stamped PE drawing, not a first-article inspection report, and not a substitute for your shop’s process, machine proving, or quality system.

3. Intellectual property

The VDC name, logo, site text, and original graphics belong to Viddaurri Design and Consulting LLC. You may not copy the logo or site design for another business without written permission.

Customer CAD, prints, NC code, and proprietary process data remain the customer’s or the OEM’s. Do not send ITAR-controlled or proprietary files through a public contact form unless we have agreed a controlled channel.

4. Export control

Some aerospace work is export-controlled (ITAR / EAR). This website is not an authorized distribution point for controlled technical data. Do not upload controlled drawings or programs here.

5. Website disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that pages are complete, current, or free of errors. Machine parameters and cycle times on the site are examples only. Always verify on your machine, control, and tool setup.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by Oklahoma law, Viddaurri Design and Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for a paid project is only as stated in that project’s written agreement.

Links to third-party sites (software vendors, hosts, or references) are for convenience. We do not control those sites.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Oklahoma have venue for disputes about this website, unless a signed contract says otherwise.
